This Year, I Let Myself Be Guided
I was in no space to guide this year, I needed to be guided
I’ve been thinking about you all during this season of spiritual pause and reflection. This time of energetic bellowing has awakened my spirit this year, calling me into a more intentional spiritual practice and sharpened mental focus.
A season of becoming a spiritual student again.

Be it the new responsibilities of leadership, welcoming new family members, business opportunities, more hours needed for rest, strengthening and detoxing my body, becoming more comfortable with recognition, dedicating more time to professional role searching in the consideration of a new career path, completing business programs, celebrating precious moments and sacred memories with friends, or redefining fear in the face of uncertainty.
I was in no mental space to guide this year; I needed to be guided.

The spirituality unveiling this year has been grand, and my spirit has entered an aliveness requiring protection and deliberate observation of my spiritual sensitivity. Finding renewed joy and deeper connection to Sunday Sermons, connecting and understanding where my spiritual gifts aligned with The Gospel, releasing old self-unforgiveness, re-reading old spiritual notes from journals, and spending intentional time getting lost in nature. I had to speak up when I felt unwell to friends, pull back when I was uncertain, and accept love when I felt unworthy in my most frustrated of moments.
I needed to listen. I’m still listening. I’m so grateful for the unveiling of spirituality expansion this year. That I didn’t push myself to produce for the sake of an algorithm, or feeling behind—this was never that.
Spirituality is an ever changing personal practice. Its personal, and it’s to be protected.
I'm Being Published!
Butterflies, I have a VERY special announcement to share with you all today—I’m being published!
As I navigate the fullness of my life's current transitions, I realize my spiritual offerings to you all must evolve as well. There’s so much I want to share with you all I’ve been brainstorming through, including some exciting ideas I’m drafting for offering broader forms of wellness and spirituality beyond Tarot.
I’m still figuring out my approach, but as I’m in this season of spiritual listening:
A brand name change for Monique’s Tarot? Yes.
Speaking about broader spirituality and wellness topics on the Podcast? Yes.
Connecting more intentionally with other spiritual and wellness practitioners? Yes.
Traveling more for spiritual exploration? Yes.
Ensuring my spiritual system feels safe before I provide offerings? Yes.
For now, I’m being patient with myself during this very personal spiritual evolution—not rushing the process, and embracing the journey. I hope you all have been just as nurturing and caring to your hearts, minds, and spirits.
Until next time 🦋,
Mo
